Our Facility

Located in Phoenix, AZ, Sportiqe Design & Print boasts a 30,000 square-foot warehouse space that houses decorating, labeling, finishing, distribution and fulfillment.

The first of its kind in Arizona, we have created an eco-friendly environment, a rarity in the screen printing industry, with features such as a self-contained automated screen cleaning and reclaiming system to eliminate airborne chemical contact; a filtration system that emits no air pollution; self-contained machines; the exclusive use of environmentally friendly solvents for cleaning screens and the use of robotics for improved efficiency and workflow.

Our Equipment

We have brought in only the best technology that is ready to tackle any project big or small.

This includes:

  • Heat Press for our heat transfer applique decoration options. 

  • Two Spring 3000 Dual Zone Heat Dryers to make sure all prints are dried prior to finishing.

  • Four M&R Automatic Textile Screen Printing Machines for screen printing techniques 

    - (1) 18-Color Machine

    - (2) 10-Color Machine

    - (1) 8-Color Machine

 
 

Finishing

We have the team and equipment available to tag, bag, and fold your product once complete, so it is ready for your customer!
